What do I have to do today to be successful tomorrow (in 1, 3, 5 years)? I help managers with strategy development, organisation building and process optimisation. I am skilled in setting up multi-stakeholder operations that enable managers or corporations to balance diverging interests in a controlled framework. In other words: I don't shy away from complex political situations.
General Consulting
I facilitate all types of workshops and problem-solving offsites, host co-creation and innovation sessions, run project kick-offs and enjoy to have occasional engagements as a speaker, too. With such work I have served clients from A to Z in many industries; I am proud to have worked with the likes of Audi and BMW, Microsoft, ebay, Bayer, Sanofi, Deutsche Post, Zalando, Zwilling and many more.
